Think GoRapid Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Stocktok.ai” / “Platform”) is a modern stock advisory platform that provides its users ( “Users” / “Clients”) access to cash market stock advisory services. The Platform partners and lists SEBI registered stock advisors / RIA’s (“Advisors”) on its platform who provide advisory services to Users through its website, App, platform (“Platform”) via Call / Chat / Live Sessions / Email / Messaging Apps (“Meeting” / “Consultation”). Users can register and schedule a meeting with Advisors by using the Book Meeting feature in the Platform and the Platform will connect the Users with Advisors for a selected time / duration for a Fee (“Fee”) The Platform Advisors charge a Per Minute Fees (“Fee”) from it’s users for the advice. For ex. If the user selects a 15 minute meeting with an Advisor who charges Rs 100/- per minute the User will be charged Rs 1500 / -. The primary focus of Consultation is to help Users with Buy / Sell / Hold recommendations and to provide answers to Users cash market stock investment and trading queries.
A ) Definitions:
“Advisors” – SEBI registered RIA’s that have partnered with the Platform to provide cash market stock investment and trading advisory services through the Platform
“Platform” – Website / App and other channels of consultation
“Users” / “Clients” – Registered and Unregistered customers of the Platform
“Meeting” / “Consultation” – Interaction between the Advisor and User through the Platform vis Call / Chat / Live Session / Email / Messaging services or any other mode of communication delivered through the Platform
“Fee” – Advisory service charges as set by the Advisor. It is a Per minute fee charged by the Advisor on which there is Revenue share between the Platform and the Advisor.
B ) Scope:
This privacy policy is applicable to all the users of Think GoRapid Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Stocktok.ai” / “Platform”) website, platform, or application for the information or data provided by them to us via this website, platform, or application.

It also includes your interaction with the Advisors on the Platform over Call / Chat / Text / Email / Video or any other channel of communication facilitated by the Platform and your response to the Advisor’s advice such as Buy / Sell / Hold actions, Ratings, Reviews, Feedback etc.
We may also use third-party service providers to help us analyze certain online activities. For example, these service providers may help us analyze visitor activity on the Platform.. We may permit these service providers to use cookies and other technologies to perform these services for us.
Aggregate Information:
We may collect information about how various categories of users such as unregistered and registered users, collectively, use the Platform (“Aggregate Information”). - Advisors: The Platform has SEBI registered Advisors listed to provide Advisory services over Call / Chat / Video Live Sessions etc. Clients can book a Consultation with these Advisors. Have your consent to share your information with such and other relevant financial advisors matches listed on our Platform to provide you the advisory services or account related services. - Regulator or any other government authority: in order to comply with legal or regulatory or compliance requirements
- Partners & Third Parties: We may transmit or share your information with our service providers, group companies, or business partners, as necessary, in order to provide our services. In addition to the aforementioned scenarios, we may divulge your personal information to third parties to carry out technical , marketing and other functions on our behalf (such as sending emails, alerts, notifications etc.).
- Our Employees & Agents to carry out and deliver the services on our Platform.
F ) Withdrawal of Consent
Clients / Users are entitled to withdraw consent to the use of their information by emailing a specific request to us at support@stocktok.ai.
Withdrawal of consent to use all or any part of the information may result in the immediate withdrawal of any rights provided to the User, including access to the Platform and Information provided by us.
