This policy outlines the procedures for canceling or seeking a refund for consultation services purchased through the StockTok.ai platform.
1. Cancellation Requests

Cancellations will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of booking the consultation and at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled session.

If a cancellation request is made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session, it may not be entertained, and the user may be charged the full consultation fee.
2. No-Show Policy

If a user fails to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show, and the consultation fee will not be refunded.
3. Rescheduling

Users may request to reschedule a consultation at least 12 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours in advance may not be accommodated.
4. Refunds

Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

The advisor fails to attend the scheduled consultation.

Technical issues on the platform prevent the consultation from taking place.

The consultation is canceled by the advisor or StockTok.ai.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled consultation.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Quality Concerns

If a user is dissatisfied with the quality of the consultation, they may submit a complaint to our customer service team within 7 days of the session. The complaint will be reviewed, and appropriate action will be taken, which may include a partial or full refund.
