Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy outlines the procedures for canceling or seeking a refund for consultation services purchased through the StockTok.ai platform.

1. Cancellation Requests

  • Cancellations will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of booking the consultation and at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled session.

  • If a cancellation request is made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session, it may not be entertained, and the user may be charged the full consultation fee.

2. No-Show Policy

  • If a user fails to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show, and the consultation fee will not be refunded.

3. Rescheduling

  • Users may request to reschedule a consultation at least 12 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours in advance may not be accommodated.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

    • The advisor fails to attend the scheduled consultation.

    • Technical issues on the platform prevent the consultation from taking place.

    • The consultation is canceled by the advisor or StockTok.ai.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled consultation.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Quality Concerns

  • If a user is dissatisfied with the quality of the consultation, they may submit a complaint to our customer service team within 7 days of the session. The complaint will be reviewed, and appropriate action will be taken, which may include a partial or full refund.
